One of the most recognisable streets in Chelsea. Scrutiny of the design was key to this townhouse refurbishment as we were able to add space to this house, which is makes it the first of its kind in the area. The house was subject to a 1000 square foot single level basement construction along with additional square footage added to the rear and utilising loft space.
Higginsongrey was the turnkey main contractor, organising Party wall agreements, appointing the full design team, undertaking the whole house refurbishment and procuring the FF&E and dressing the house. A key feature of the house is the bespoke dancing spiral staircase that makes the house flow so elegantly.
