Our primary role is a main contractor. We specialise in refurbishing period properties, whist creating additional space such as basements, extensions and lofts.
Our in-house team will seamlessly guide you through the build process. We have developed our supply chain to enable us to scale to various size projects of varying qualities depending on the client and project’s needs.
Development management
We are able to manage a bespoke turnkey development service. We work with property buyers to source on and off market purchases and can provide viability studies, market and economic appraisals, concept design, planning, LA liaison, planning consultancy, party wall surveyors and management.
We can also provide a full suite of design services including architectural, structural engineering, interior design, mechanical & electrical design through to on site project and cost management and of course a successful hand over.
Development / Joint Ventures
We can instruct on developments up to £10m GDV. We welcome any opportunities as well as working with other like-minded developers as a joint venture.
